Payment Terms

The Services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. You purchase credits that are added to your account wallet, and credits are deducted as you use paid features. The price of credits and the credit cost of each action are shown before you buy or run them and may change over time; credits you have already purchased are charged at the rate in effect when you bought them.

Refunds and Cancellation

ReachMore is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis: you purchase credits that are added to your account wallet and consumed as you use the Services. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchased credits do not expire, but they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money. There is no recurring subscription to cancel — you simply stop purchasing credits whenever you like.

Usage Guidelines

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Generate or distribute spam or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Services to ensure compliance with these Terms.

API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

  • Comply with our API rate limits and usage guidelines
  • Not share or redistribute your API credentials
  • Maintain reasonable security measures to protect API keys

Shipping and Delivery
